Rim Walk

The Rim Walk is a 6km (3-4 hour) walk around the rim of Kings Canyon.

The initial climb is described as hard (I didn't think it was that difficult) and a moderate walk from there, with a bit of climbing over rocks.

The walk winds through the Lost City rock formation, with good views of the canyon's cliffs, and through the Garden of Eden. The park guide advises caution in the hot weather - the walk around the top is open and exposed, with little shade, and I can imagine it would be very unpleasant in the heat.
